![]() For comparison against wheat, barley yields ~92% of wheat, canola yields half and corn yields the same. The highest prices are usually seen at the The Inn, and the lowest at The Mill.Ĭanola is the grain that sells for the most at any selling point while having the lowest yield per hectare. I'm not using any mods at all, so I don't think it's a bug or mod induced weirdness.Price Main article: Prices (Farming Simulator 2013)Ĭanola prices are generally around 1120 $ per 1,000 l on normal difficulty. Should I maybe buy a new planter that throws seeds? I'd really like to figure out why it isn't working as is, though. ![]() I even watched a YouTube video about planting Canola and am doing the same thing as the guy in the video. I can't remember the exact model of the planter, but it's one of the ones that you lower and it just sows the area the planter touches, it isn't one of the ones that throws the seeds with discs. The planter is definitely lowered and on. I triple checked the seed selected and it is Canola. Tried again, it still won't plant any seed.Įverything should be right because I have that one corner that's seeded. I thought maybe the field was uneven and the planter couldn't touch it, so I leased a roller and flattened out the field. I'm lowering the seeder and turning it on, it's full, it's just that nothing will plant except in that one tiny spot. ![]() I figured I was doing something boneheaded, so hired an AI driver and they just drove around the field without seeding or using up any seeds, though they did lower the planter and turn it on. One corner of it planted but the rest of the field won't. I cultivated it, then ran a rock picker over it. I bought a field that had just been harvested. The only thing I can plant is Canola, which is what I'm trying to plant. I've also played 19 and 17, so I generally understand how the game works.
